Ken and the Merry Pranksters  (and Grandchildren) drove Furthur to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. 

The tour included the cities listed: San Francisco, Niagra Falls, Rolling Green, Rochester, Ann Arbor, Columbus, Cleveland, Toronto, Buffalo, Chicago, Eugene, and Erie. 11 X 17
